A: Package will be delivered between 09:00- 18:00 on business days. There may be no deliveries available on weekend or public holidays.

Q3: How long before I receive my parcel?

A: We makes every effort to deliver your order within 2-3 working days (excludes weekend and public holiday) in Klang Valley, and within 5-8 working days for places outside of Klang Valley, once the package is shipped out of warehouse. We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. In these situations, we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.

Q4: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Most products are shipped free of charge. If your order value is less than a minimum, you will incur shipping costs as follows:
